NAICOM Launches New Portal To Streamline Insurance Complaints

The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) has unveiled its new Complaint Management Portal, designed to enhance the resolution of insurance-related grievances.

According to NAICOM, The platform, accessible at complaints.naicom.gov.ng, provides a user-friendly interface for the public to lodge and track their complaints efficiently.

NAICOM highlighted that the portal aims to expedite the complaint resolution process, ensuring prompt responses and solutions.

The Commission is encouraging all citizens to take advantage of this new tool for any insurance-related issues, reinforcing its commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.

This initiative marks a significant step in improving the regulatory framework and customer service within Nigeria’s insurance sector.
