Jigawa, ITF Partner To Build Workers’ Skills

The Jigawa state government has restated its commitments to strengthening the existing cordial working relationship with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF)

The State Head of the Civil Service, Muhammad Kandira Dagaceri, disclosed this when he received the Northwest Head of the Industrial Training Fund, Aminu Abdu in his office in Dutse.

Dagaceri said the state government was aware of the full capacity of the ITF, particularly to the workers that have been trained in terms of their skills.

He assured the agency of the state government’s continued necessary support and cooperation to the newly established Jigawa ITF Area office.

Earlier, Abdu had told the Head of the top civil servant that they were in his office on behalf of the Director-General/CEO of the Fund to express their appreciation to the state governor, Umar Namadi for providing office space to the newly established Jigawa ITF Area office

The Zonal Head explained that the Fund has trained Nigerian workers across the Country and has yielded a lot of positive results.

It would be recalled that ITF recently opened its Area Office as part of efforts to continually offer training to civil servants in the state various handiwork.
