Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc (STI) received commendation from the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) during a courtesy visit to the company’s corporate head office.
The visit, led by NCRIB’s 22nd President, Prince Babatunde Oguntade, aimed to acknowledge STI’s supportive role to the council over the years, particularly in 2024, and to foster stronger collaboration going forward.
In his remarks, Prince Oguntade congratulated the management and staff of Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc on the company’s 30th anniversary.
He lauded the firm’s steady growth under the leadership of Managing Director/CEO, Olaotan Soyinka, and extended his appreciation to the visionaries who established the underwriting company three decades ago.
He expressed optimism for STI’s continued success and urged the firm to remain a critical ally in advancing the insurance industry.
The NCRIB President further highlighted ongoing council projects and sought Sovereign Trust Insurance’s active participation in these initiatives, emphasizing the mutual benefits of collaboration.
Responding, Olaotan Soyinka expressed gratitude to the NCRIB delegation for recognizing STI’s contributions.
He also thanked the broking community for its unwavering support and patronage over the years, noting that such partnerships have been instrumental to the company’s growth. Soyinka reiterated STI’s commitment to strengthening its collaboration with NCRIB and other industry stakeholders to achieve greater milestones in the years ahead.
