President Muhammadu Buhari will be back in Nigeria after spending two weeks in London for medical treatment.
OPTIMUM TIMES projects that it may be the last time he will be spending such long duration for medical examination on account of the Federation before his handover of governance in May 29, 2023 to a new administration
He had reportedly left for London from Owerri, Imo state capital on Monday after attending a security conference organised by the Nigeria Police Force as part of preparations towards ensuring a hitch free 2023 general elections.
In a two-terse paragraph statement, Presidential Spokesman, Femi Adesina, said, “President Muhammadu Buhari leaves for London, United Kingdom, October 31, 2022, for routine medical check-up.
“He returns to the country in the second week of November, 2022.”
