The Nigerian Association of Insurance and Pension Editors (NAIPE) has inaugurated a new executive committee led by Mrs. Ebere Nwoji as Chairperson, with members taking the oath of office during the association’s investiture ceremony held in Victoria Island, Lagos.

In her acceptance speech, Nwoji pledged to strengthen unity within the association while promoting more impactful and consistent coverage of the insurance and pension sectors. She said her administration would focus on deepening public understanding of insurance and pensions through quality journalism and ensure that NAIPE continues to serve as a credible platform for informing Nigerians on issues affecting the industries.

She also called on insurance and pension operators to uphold public trust by fulfilling their obligations to policyholders and contributors, stressing that confidence in the sectors depends on transparency, integrity and the faithful delivery of promises. Nwoji further urged members of the association to remain committed to professional excellence and continue reporting developments in the industries in ways that educate and benefit the public.
