Leadway has announced the launch of its first-ever Lifestyle Fair, a new physical engagement platform aimed at empowering young Nigerian entrepreneurs and expanding visibility for small and medium-sized enterprises across the country.

The initiative, unveiled as part of Media Dash 3.0, represents an evolution of Leadway’s ongoing support for youth-owned businesses.

The two-day Lifestyle Fair is scheduled to hold from Saturday, December 27 to Sunday, December 28, 2025, at L’eola Hotel, Maryland, Lagos, and is expected to bring together emerging brands, creatives, families and business enthusiasts.

According to the company, the fair will provide a vibrant marketplace for SMEs to showcase their products and services, connect directly with customers and build partnerships that support business growth. Activities lined up for the event include vendor exhibitions, SME brand spotlights, live music, youth-focused engagements and family-friendly attractions, creating an interactive lifestyle experience for attendees.

Media Dash, one of Leadway’s flagship empowerment initiatives, was created to support young Nigerian entrepreneurs by offering free access to the company’s premium advertising platforms and media assets. Previous editions focused on boosting brand visibility through nationwide digital and offline campaigns, helping small businesses reach wider audiences without incurring marketing costs.

With Media Dash 3.0, Leadway is expanding the initiative beyond media exposure by introducing a physical marketplace that allows entrepreneurs to engage customers face-to-face. The Lifestyle Fair is positioned as a platform to deepen community engagement while reinforcing Leadway’s role as a partner in SME development.

Speaking on the initiative, Olusakin Labeodan, Chief Executive Officer of Leadway Pensure PFA, said the programme aligns with the group’s broader commitment to supporting Nigerian businesses.

He noted that the Lifestyle Fair offers small businesses the opportunity to connect directly with new customers, increase visibility and grow their brands at no cost, adding that Leadway’s business ecosystem is designed to provide support for individuals and enterprises alike.

Participating SMEs will be provided with free exhibition spaces to display and sell their products during the fair. Entrepreneurs interested in taking part have been invited to apply through Leadway Holdings’ official Instagram page, with applications closing on Monday, December 15, 2025.

The Lifestyle Fair is expected to attract a diverse audience and further strengthen conversations around youth enterprise, innovation and inclusive economic growth.
