Elder Statesman and first elected governor of old Anambra State, Okwadike Igboukwu, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife is dead

He was a renowned Economist, Teacher and University Lecturer. Ezeife hailed from Igboukwu.

He died at Federal Medical Centre Abuja, aged 85.

Details about his demise is still sketchy at the time of this report
