Leadway Holdings has completed the consolidation of its pension businesses with the official unveiling of Leadway PFA as its single pension brand, bringing together over ₦3 trillion in assets under management and more than 1.2 million Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders under one platform.

The development marks the final phase of the integration of Leadway Pensure and PAL Pensions, with the retirement of both legacy brand names in favour of a unified identity.

According to a statement signed by its Head of Corporate Services, Niyi Abiola, the new pension administrator now operates on a fully integrated technology platform designed to provide contributors with a seamless, secure and improved customer experience.

Leadway said the brand unification represents more than a corporate identity change, describing it as a strategic move aimed at strengthening financial security for contributors through the combined expertise, investment capacity and operational strengths of the two former pension fund administrators.

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Leadway PFA, Mr. Olusakin Labeodan, said the unveiling followed months of integrating the organisations’ systems, processes and workforce into a stronger institution positioned for long-term growth.

“Today, we are thrilled to formally introduce Leadway PFA to the world. Over the past few months, we have executed a meticulous integration of our systems, processes and people. Leadway PFA is the result of that dedication, resulting into a stronger, more agile institution built to protect and exponentially grow our contributors’ wealth,” he said.

According to him, the unified brand reflects the company’s commitment to becoming a trusted partner in the retirement journey of its customers.

The company assured contributors that the transition would not affect their retirement savings, stating that RSA balances, Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) and historical records remain unchanged and fully protected.

It added that contributors would continue to access their accounts through existing digital platforms and service centres, which have now been updated to reflect the Leadway PFA identity.

Leadway said with the consolidation completed, the company would focus on setting higher standards in pension fund administration through prudent investment management, improved customer service and innovative retirement solutions.
