REGIC Appoints New ED, Three Others to Navigate New Horizons

Royal Exchange General Insurance Company (REGIC) has embarked on a transformative journey with the addition of four professionals to its management team.
 
At the helm stands Mr. Sunny Uwagboi, a visionary leader armed with over 25 years of industry experience. With an MBA in Marketing and a sterling reputation forged through various executive roles, Uwagboi’s appointment as Executive Director signals REGIC’s unwavering commitment to strategic foresight and innovation.
 
Joining him is Udoka Eze Martins, assuming the position of Regional Director for Abuja and Northern Nigeria. With a wealth of experience spanning 22 years, Martins brings a profound understanding of regional dynamics, garnered from her tenure as the vice president of Heirs General Insurance Company.
 
Dr. Joyce Odiachi steps into the role of Head of Technical Services, wielding two decades of expertise in ethical governance and risk management. Armed with a Ph.D. in Management and a fellowship with esteemed institutions, Odiachi is poised to elevate REGIC’s technical capabilities to new heights.
 
Rounding out the quartet is Mr. Adeseye Ajibulu, entrusted with the critical role of Head of Claims and Technical Risk Management. With a meticulous focus on seamless claims processing and effective risk mitigation, Ajibulu’s tenure promises to uphold REGIC’s reputation for excellence.
 
These appointments serve as a testament to Royal Exchange’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and skilled leadership team, primed to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the insurance and financial services industry.
