PTAD Disburses Over ₦5.12 Billion Pension Arrears To 90,689 Pensioners

The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has f disbursed ₦5,119,328,000 to 90,689 pensioners across the four pension departments.

This is in keeping with the assurance of the PTAD Executive Secretary, Tolulope Odunaiya, to clear outstanding pension liabilities as funds are disbursed by the Federal Government.

This also reaffirms PTAD’s continued dedication and unwavering commitment to pensioners welfare.

The breakdown of the payment according to Departments, numbers of personers, number of months and amount are as follows: CIPPD 8,626 1 month N276,032,000.00; PPD N9,681 2 months N619,584,000.00; CSPD N12,773 1 month N408,736,000.00; and PAPD 59,609 2 months N3,814,976,000.00.

This payment reaffirms the administration’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that pensioners receive their due entitlements in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
