The Michael Imoudu National Institute For Labour Studies (MINILS) in collaboration with National Salaries Incomes And Wages Commission (NSIWC) and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) organise a two- day Policy Forum.

Issues of industrial actions which have plagued a number of sectors in recent times with avoidable industrial crises and identifying gaps, inequalities and merit in compensation management in Nigeria will be at the front burner of the forum.

The theme is: ‘’ Compensation Management in Nigeria: Resolving Dilemmas, Reinforcing Milestones’’ holding at NAF Conference Center, Kado Abuja.

This strictly policy and action oriented gathering will be reflecting on compensation policies and practices in Nigeria and across different sectors.

A statement from the Head, Public Affairs, National Salaries Incomes and Wages Commission, Emma Njoku said the event which takes place on Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th November 2022 will start with opening ceremony and thereafter keynote speakers to contribute to discussions and debates during the 2-day event.

The programme will be attended by specially invited stakeholders and interests in the compensation management space in Nigeria and will hopefully engender useful policy insights.
