Fire Guts section of Supreme Court Complex, No Casualty Recorded

A section of the Supreme Court Complex has been gutted by fire though no casualty was recorded.

The fire said to have been caused by power upsurge, allegedly started from one of the Justice’s offices.

The offices of three Justices were said to had been burnt down.

NAN reports that the Director of Press and Information of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Dr Festus Akande, confirmed the fire.

“The fire has since been put out. There was no casualty,” Akande said.

The fire which reportedly started at about 6am, had since been put out  by Federal Fire Service operatives.
