BREAKING NEWS: Justice Onnoghen Appears At CCT For Arraignment This Morning
The suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen is currently at the Code of Conduct Tribunal premises Abuja for arraignment.
He voluntarily went there this morning to be docked to answer questions bothering on corruption charges and non-declaration of his full assets to the Code of Conduct Bureau as mandatory from every appointed and elected public officers.
It would be recalled that the Chairman of Code of Conduct Tribunal, had issued a bench warrant to the Police and Department of State Security to arrest Onnoghen for arraignment after several failures by the Chief Justice of Nigeria to appear before the tribunal.
