Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, wife of the Ondo State Governor has revealed that her husband, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu is hale and hearty.

The first lady whose birthday was Thursday, while that of the Governor Akeredolu is today (Friday), made this known on her official Facebook page a few hours ago, saying “Aketi dey kampe”, meaning Akeredolu is healthy.

The Governor who has been away from the state to look after his health, had earlier notified the Ondo State House of Assembly of his medical leave and had transmitted power to his Deputy, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa.

As Akeredolu is said to be recuperating, a special prayer and worship service was held in honour of him on Friday at the Government House Chapel, Alagbaka, Akure, the state capital, to mark his 67th birthday.

However, Betty who posted a picture of herself with the Governor, captioned it: “Aketi dey kampe! Victory for us!

Happy birthday #july20n2”, disclosed that her husband is vigorous as against speculations.
