
The Adamawa state government has pledged to collaborate with the Management of Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC) on power projects including off-grid solar projects to ensure incremental power supplies for socioeconomic development of the state and Nigeria in general.
The state governor, Mohammed Umar Jibrilla, gave the assurance while playing host to the NDPHC management team led by the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Chinedu Ugbo, who paid him a courtesy visit on Monday to brief him on the activities of the company.

The NDPHC team were also in the state for 27th Stakeholders power sector monthly meeting being presided by the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola.
The state governor who was represented by the Deputy governor, Martins Babale, said: “Adamawa state will be glad to collaborate with NDPHC on several power projects including the solar.”
The Deputy Governor thanked NDPHC Management for the numerous project executed in the North East in general and Adamawa in particular.
The Adamawa state Governor is on the Board of NDPHC representing the North East zone of the country.
