Omokri Reacts To Buhari Walking 800 Metres

Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has said that he is better placed to lead Nigeria than President Muhammadu Buhari.

This was in reaction to Buhari’s 800 meters walk in his hometown of Daura, Katsina state.

Buhari’s media aide Garba Shehu had said the walk showed that his principal was fit to lead the country for another four years from 2019.

However, in a series of tweet, Omokri noted that immediate past President, Goodluck Jonathan, does more than that as Buhari needs to do more if he must continue as President.

“@GarShehu says we should vote for @MBuhari for a second term because he walked 800 meters today,” Omokri tweeted.

“!Really? @GEJonathan jogs five times that number and is very fit and agile. A President only deserves a second term because he can WORK, not because he can WALK. #RenosDarts.
