Aisha Buhari, Jonathan, Others Express Condolences As Abba Kyari Is Buried In Abuja

Torrents of condolences continued to flow from prominent Nigerians over the death of President Muhammadu Buhari’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari.

Among the condolences include that of First Lady, Aisha Buhari who prayed for God to forgive the sins of the late Chief of Staff.

According to Aisha Buhari in a tweet:
“(From God Almighty we came and to him we shall return) I condole with Mrs. Kulu Abba Kyari and the entire family of Late Malam Abba Kyari over the death of their husband and father.

“I pray that Allah (SWT) will forgive his shortcomings, grant him Al-Jannatul Firdausi and give the family the fortitude and patience to bear the loss, Ameen. While wishing all those infected a speedy recovery and I pray for an end to Covid-19 Pandemic.”

Goodluck Jonathan, former president of Nigeria said: “I condole with H.E @MBuhari, the Kyari family & all sympathisers on the demise of Mallam Abba Kyari who until his death was  the Chief of Staff to the President of Nigeria. May Allah grant him Al Jannah Firdaus & strengthen his family & friends during this moment of grief. GEJ”

Also, Atiku Abubakar, a former Vice President, stated: “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. I am saddened by the death of Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari. May Allah SWT comfort his family, forgive his sins and grant him AlJannah Firdaus. Ameen.

Sen. Shehu Sani said: “The President has lost a trusted & loyal friend.A man who took the bullets of his master with smiles,calmness & silence.We knew his cap & his colors but never his mind or his own side of his story.He will be missed as a Punchman or a punch http://bag.RIP AK.”
