As construction work intensifies at the Centenary City Abuja, the developers, Centenary City Free Zone Enterprise, has offered mouthwatering incentives to would-be-investors.
Speaking at the maiden stakeholders forum, the Managing Director, Dr. Michaels Ike Odenigwe Jr., explained that Centenary City Project presents a great opportunity to create value and raise Abuja’s profile to encourage international investment in Abuja.
According to him, “The project is designed to work in harmony with nature. The districts and communities are designed to fit in among the natural landscape, offering both an impressive downtown skyline and peaceful suburban living.
“The city is conceptualized as a truly multifunctional development that offers a complete cosmopolitan lifestyle to its residents, as well as serves as a tourism hub for the wider community.”
On sustainability and economic viability of the City, Dr. Odenigwe said: “By blending housing, workplaces, shops, restaurants, cultural venues, and parks into one walkable community, Centenary City promises a smarter, healthier, and more human way to live – helping solve many of the pressing economic, social, and environmental challenges we face.
“High-density mixed-use developments like Centenary City can be a powerful engine for economic growth, stability, and resilience. They create economic benefits that ripple across every level of the economy from rising property values and healthier municipal budgets to stronger local businesses, job creation, and regional competitiveness.”
Also speaking, the Centenary City Director of Sales, Kenneth Rex Njoku made presentation on First Movers Advantage (FMA).
According to him, “Projects connected to future city development create a rare window where vision, timing, and positioning meet together.
“FMA exists for Investors and developers who understand that legacy is built by moving before the crowd arrives. Years from now, many people may look back at this phase of Centenary City the same way people now look back at the early days of Banana Island and emerging Abuja districts, wishing they had positioned earlier.
