NAICOM, Nigerian Police Force Forge Alliance to Boost Compulsory Insurances, Enhance Enforcement

In a strategic move to deepen insurance penetration and raise awareness in the country, Mr. Olorundare Sunday, Commissioner for Insurance and CEO of the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), has pledged a robust collaboration with the Police force. 
 
This commitment was affirmed during a visit to the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, where discussions centered on reinforcing cooperation for the enforcement of compulsory insurance.
 
The primary focus of the meeting was to identify avenues to strengthen collaboration between NAICOM and the Police force in ensuring compliance with compulsory insurance requirements. 
 
The Inspector General of Police expressed appreciation for the Commission’s support in insuring the Nigerian Police Force and assured that the Police would work closely with NAICOM to successfully implement their shared objectives. 
 
This alliance marks a significant step toward deepening insurance practices and fostering a heightened understanding of its importance within the country.
