Military Officers in Jaji have arrested two men who confessed to have taken part in the gruesome murder of a Naval Commodore based in Jaji, near Kaduna.

According to report, the senior officer was murdered by yet-to-be-identified men who dumped her corpse in a well in a village near the military cantonment.

The officer who was working at the Command Secondary School, Jaji  was last seen in Jaji on September 13, 2019.

As of the time of filing this report, the circumstances surrounding her murder was still sketchy.

A source disclosed that the authorities of the military in Jaji had placed some of her close staff and family members under close watch.

He added that two persons had been arrested in Zaria when they attempted to dispose of the deceased’s car.

“The two suspects confessed to have taken part in the murder of the senior military officer. They later led investigators to Agwanloyo, to an abandoned shallow well near the Deeper life Church in Jaji cantonment.

“The corpse had been dismembered and put in a Ghana-must-go bag before being dumped in the shallow well.”
